Perfect location and good breakfast. Exchange ATM just outside the hotel was an added advantage.

We arrived early after 12 hrs flight and we badly needed a place to rest but we were not allowed to checkin early and had to wait in the lobby until 11am from 7am.

everything was great, but no pool, i think online says restaurant and bar, but does not have. very comfortable Hotel. thank you

The room, linens and towels were very clean. The location is close to major shopping malls and BTS.

Location breakfast can be busy and not like other locations like eggs freshly cooked or pancakes freshly baked.

The hotel is unclean and old and the furniture needs to be renewed

We stayed only 1 night out of the 2 we had booked and left early for another hotel, even though we had already paid for both nights.My partner is a smoker, and while the room allowed smoking, we didn’t expect the smell and air quality to be so unbearable. The air conditioner didn’t help at all, and since there were no windows to open, the air felt almost toxic. I barely managed to sleep that night.On top of that, the staff was practically unavailable. Their English was unclear, and their tendency to just nod gave us the impression that things were being handled, when in reality nothing was done. Eventually, we realized the only option was to leave and switch hotels.The hotel we moved to was a huge improvement, at the same price, we got a very fancy room with windows and plenty of extras. While it wasn’t located in the center like this one, the short taxi ride (around 120 baht) made it absolutely worth it. Honestly, it’s better to book a nicer hotel and just use taxis to get to the malls and central areas.

Location , near Siam MBK and sky train. Excellent breakfast, clean , laundry room .

The blue lighting in the corridors is very harmful to the eyes. This is not the first time in Bangkok and I have stayed

Unfortunately, I asked for water at night and the employee of the reception replied that there was none and that he could give me ice. When I agree , he said that I could go down and get the ice from the seventh floor. I told him that I could not and he refused to help

They didnt put both rooms on the same floor though there are available rooms. Staff should check more thoroughly instead of just assigning the rooms out on different floors. This request was put in during booking

Location. It’s convenient…near the National Stadium Station and malls. The price is pretty good too! The breakfast buffet is generous. Our room had a view of the stadium and Chulalongkorn University.

Though there’s adequate choice in the breakfast buffet, it is non-changing. The lobby, and hence the waiting area, is small.

Great location to catch Metro. Right opposite to MBK and Siam Center and Siam Paragon Mall is at walkable distance. Interesting as they have Mc Donald's right at the entrance of the building. Breakfast was pure joy as there was a variety of food available. The room was spacious and what a view of the City and Stadium
